World Communion Sunday

 

 

World Communion Sunday is October 2nd.

Several Southside churches plan to unite again this year to take part in Communion together!

 

Members of South Highland Presbyterian Church will gather with members

of Southside Baptist, Highlands United Methodist, and St. Mary's on the

Highlands Episcopal Church on Sunday, October 2nd. Each congregation

will process from their own church service to the front grounds of Highlands

United Methodist at 11:40am to gather as one congregation to celebrate

Communion together. Clergy from each church will participate in the service

and members from each congregation are invited to the Lord's table to share

in Communion together.
