Ages: 3K—Completed 4th graders

Cost:        $5.00 per Child on and before May 31, 2012  

                 $15.00 per Child after May 31, 2012 (includes the 1st day of Camp)  

                 $ 5.00 for CD 

                 $10.00 your child and Adopt-A-Camper  


Registration Information:  

·  Registration fee includes morning snack, all crafts and supplies.  

·  Scholarships are available upon request. 

·  Please bring 1 white shirt for your child by Tuesday, June 5, 2012
